I'm curious, who on here has the C6 with the highest mileage? What problems have the owners of the high mileage cars had [that they'd attribute to wear]?
62K here on my '07 and so far, the only issue has been the NAV replaced twice and the end-links...on my 3rd set. Getting real close to brake time. I've already bought new front rotors and new pads all the way around, but haven't installed them yet.

I know my ignorance will be showing if I ask this, but what exactly are end-links and how much did they cost? Sorry about your bad luck on the NAV too. Thanks for your reply.
Y'all have convinced me that I'm not living enough in that I've only put about 20k on my 06! I appreciate the replies. I had an 01 Camaro SS that still seemed to run as strong engine-wise at 70k as the day I bought it. Glad to hear my baby should hold up for many more years to come even if I start actually driving it more frequently.
Still hope to hear from even higher mileage folks. Thanks!
I know this is a little off...But my neighbor has a dodge truck V-8 with over 250K miles on it and has never done anything but regular service! So if a Dodge will do that, I assume a well taken care of C6 vette can too! Change your oils and fluids and the LS motors should last for well over 200k miles.

Noises coming from the rear of the car in slow moving, parking lots type thing was what I was hearing. The end-links were the cause. They are like $22 each and connect the sway bar ends to the rear chassis or whatever they connect to. They are short, about 3 inches long.
40K on my Supercharged LS2. Had 97K on my 01 Camaro SS with the LS1.... haven't replaced anything on the vette expect the front air damn... these cars are built incredibly well. Granted, I know a select few have had problems... but that's with any car series.

Normal GM "quality" stuff is what tends to fall apart; ie, the seat belt tensioner is going. Or, the harness for the power seat is shaking loose over time, so it doesn't always work. Or, the paint looks like garbage on the nose of the car... haha.
My 09 rolled of the line exactly one year ago today, on the morning of Aug 20, 2008 (I did the Buyers Tour and took NCM delivery on Aug 27, 2008) Happy Birthday !!!
Anyway, to get back to your question, 17,000 miles of so far, not bad for 1 year (considering it was parked for the OH winter for 5 months)
