Hi guys, i want to share with you my experience with LG motorsport<< 2 months ago i decided to install small cam on my car , so i searched for one with no noise and you can drive your car like stock,,, so when i searched i found that LG provides a cam that meets my requirment,, it called (LG EXecUTIVE CAM) , so i called lg manytimes to dicuss with them and honelty they were helpful and they answered all of my questions, anyhow i ordered a whole kit including the follwoing parts:
-Camshaft
-Comp dual springs
-Spring seats
-Ti. Retainers
-Pushrods
-valve seals
-NGK plugs

when i recived the cam shaft kit what i found surprised me , i travel long way lets say 5 hrs from my place to install the cam and tune the car, i handled everything to the expert man to install, istallation should takes maximum 2 days , when i went to thim the second day he told me that we are facing two problems, i got shocked , he told me first of all the cam shaft they sent u has 3 bolts which is different than the standared one on the cam which has only one << so the camshaft spoket will not fit on the new cam << so what he did is waiting another 2 days to get a zo6 camshaft spoket to fit it on the new cam << here you go a picture for the camshaft spoket :

then he told me about the second problem that the pushrods they sent it has 7.8mm while the standared one on the car is 7.4 mm , so what i did is buying new one from the guy to fix it on my car ,,,

NOW, its the day to pick up my car and taking it for the tunner, i started the car u cant imagin the noise of the cam every1 could notice the sound,,, as LG claims you can drive the car on stock tune which is a lie (( i hardly drove it 500 meters the tuner shop and the car went off one time and hardly started again))

After all this my woundering is why would a famouse shop like LG do that??? if they say we will replace the push roads this won't benefit me cuz i am far away from usa and the sending and delivering would cost me( also the time it takes to send and recive again)

another thing they sould supply me with the camshaft spoket OR they should tell me that u have to buy a zo6 one to fit the cam on ur car << but from what i exeperience with the LG motosport i don't think that i will ordere from them again ever , sorry for taking long i just wanted to share my experience with u

It sounds like your "tuner" may be more at fault than who supplied the parts.

I'm sure they'd make things right if given a chance. I had great exp with them on a cam install and clutch.

After reading the post it does not sound like LG is the one with the problem.

sounds like this is NOT an LG issue.

However...if you feel you have a legitimate complaint post a dispute thread in accordance with forum guidelines.

You need to read this forum rule:

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/foru...-disputes.html

I don't see any attempt in your thread where you initiated a follow up discussion with LG Motorsports to discuss the parts your received, and the problem your installer was explaining, nor do I see anything that justifies your thread title:
LG motorsport un-proffisional treatment!!!
You stated in your first paragraph:
so i called lg manytimes to dicuss with them and honelty they were helpful and they answered all of my questions,
therefore, I'm confident you would have found the same treatment if you had called them again

I hope everything works out in the end ...
