I would -NEVER- buy another set of iForgery, err, iForged wheels after having to deal with what I dealt with in buying my Aero's for my Firehawk. This was back a few years ago too. The wheels eventually turned out fine, but their customer service was horrible.

There are many horror stories here on CF. I don't think I will ever buy another set from them. However, CF member J.P.M. is a dealer and he's got a pretty good reputation thus far. He seems to have solved the IForged customer service issues.

I've had a couple sets of Iforged wheels that I bought used, never had an issue.. I too have heard many horror stories about delivery times and customer service issues but never anything bad about the wheels themselves.

I have Iforged on mine. Beautiful wheels, but they were horrendous to deal with. Maybe starting with a good dealer instead of the joker I dealt with would get you started better. I had a rubbing issue with my wheels on the inside of the fender liners. I was told they knew what to make the offsets for a C6, and then they made them as aggressive as they could. When I had the issue, they were arrogant and told me many times that it had to be my car since they had no problems elsewhere. After I posted my issue on this forum, they suddenly relented and said they would make the wheels a half inch wider thus stretching the tires. It solved the problem for most part, but then they held my wheels hostage until I paid them $200 after I had already paid shipping both ways.

I will never purchase another set. Worst customer service I have seen.

You guys need to remember that you are buying from a dealer and in the past there have been many shady dealers on this forum offering IForged. I myself was a customer at one time and it took 16 weeks to receive a set of IForged Aeros. Come to find out this was the Dealers fault as he took my deposit and didnt turn the order in to IForged for 8 weeks thus causing the delay. IForged "The Company" shouldnt be held responsible for every thing that has gone wrong with orders in the past as the dealer should be stepping up and making things right as I have done a few times already.

Since I became a dealer for IForged I think we have turned the customer service around and have had many happy IForged customers since.

Here are a few of them

Here is another thread in OT with more happy customers.
