my front tires wore out already with only 11k miles? My rears have alot of meat left, but my fronts, well, I don't even think they are gonna pass inspection. How is this possible? Tire pressure was always 30psi cold
What part of the tire is worn out? Do you drive "spiritedly" most of the time, some, or rarely?
Alignment from the factory has been known to be an issue. Also, a perfect alignment has more camber than you need for most normal driving. I dropped the camber down to almost 0 on the front and rear to try for "longest" tire life.
As stated, the factory alignment is only "near" and not setup good enough for a reasonable tire life. Always get a new car aligned right away. While they are under there, they can look for any issues.
yes, i have the Z51, and the tires are worn in the middle only---which is usually caused by over inflation, but my tires are at 30 cold
and the rear tires, even with track days still have about half the life left
the rear is bigger in diameter= less wear Z51 tire's 12000 miles is what I've heard on this forum over and over. now you can get rid of the runflats and get some real tire's and find out what this car is really like!!!!
