How will GM control this from being abused? 
I can spare $100k to drive a ZR1 for a couple months
…even a new Camaro SS would be fun. I know the ZR1 will be excluded, but I bet the Camaro won’t.
There has to be a “catch” to this program or it WILL be abused. I can’t believe they would refund your cash.
