I think the time to pay for streaming audio is passed. XM is coming standard on most of GM brands and models for some reason. You tell me why a base base Silverado work-truck with cranking windows needs standard XM sat radio?
They also now offer a lifetime subscription that runs about $460 after the royalty fees. A great deal if you are going to be keeping the car more than 5 years and want XM for the time you own the car.
