Default Here she is

OK, I know I promised lots of pics, but these are just a few my wife took by the time I stopped horsing around after picking up the car today. Truth to tell, the car was already dusty when I got to the dealer. They washed it but didn't wax it. So tomorrow I will get to work on it early and if I get a decent shine, I will post more. (That's Sam, my 11-year-old, and a real car nut with the cool shades.)

In the meantime, here she is, my Crystal Red 4LT, A6, F55, NPP.
First mods: Full width spoiler and splash guards installed by dealer. And special thanks to Ed (Pipedreams) for meeting me at time of delivery to install Mild2Wild so I could drive it home that way and for bringing the removable front plate bracket when I needed it. That was really above and beyond.

Thanks to all who helped me make my decisions by posting requested photos of the ebony/titanium wrap, by explaining the NPP, and by discussing transmission, suspension and other choices with me.

The Jag is my dd, a 2006 Super V8 Portfolio. 400 hp Supercharged 4.2 liter V8 weights only 3850 lbs. As you see it, with the stainless steel side vents and 20 inch wheels, it's one of 145 built only for North America. I found it by accident on ebay last year with 11,000 miles on it! Ford really had Jag's manufacturing straightened out--the car is troublefree, beautiful ride, except that those wheels bend if you LOOK at a pothole. I've already replaced three of them. The back of the car is like a limo, with two reclining buckets instead of a bench and a console with a multimedia center built in.
