I have the GMPP Premium Service Coverage with a $200 deductible. Has anyone ever used this for multiple problems at the same time?
I have 3-4 different warranty claims and if I take the C6 in to have all these worked on at the same time do I pay a one time $200 deductible or is it $200 for each claim? Thanks for any info.
With Major Guard the deductible is based on a per visit basis. Doesn't matter how many things are wrong when you bring it in. Not sure about the Premium Service version but it should be the same although I think less things are covered than with Major Guard.
If the plan is not Major Guard, Value Guard or Basic Guard then YOU DO NOT HAVE A GMPP PLAN. They do not offer premium service coverage. The deductible is per visit and you can have 1,2 3 things wrong.

Actually I just bought it from you last week : and it's "Major Guard". I just forgot to ask you about it when we spoke. I got the "Premium Service" title off the GM website.
so you just bought the policy and you're going to run in and have 3-4 things fixed????
I hope the guy you bought it from did an inspection......that is gonna raise some serious red flags to GM
Shouldn't raise any flags at all. He bought an extended warranty for a car that should have been in warranty when he bought the GMPP..
On another note, when buying a GMPP I strongly suggest people to buy them with $0 deductible. Those ded.'s can really hurt you and keep you from taking the car in when you may want to.....
I recommend the same thing, I always tell my customers that $200 or even the $100 can add up in a hurry over a 4,5,6, or 7 year period. I would have to say that probably about 80-85% of my customers do the $0 deductible.
GMPP did go up on October 1st and I had a record month in August and September but I know customers still need the GMPP so keep the emails coming and remember to send your VIN and current miles so I can return an accurate quote back to you.
If you buy GMPP from Dennis or one other vendor that will remain nameless, the prices are good enough it is bordering on silly not to do the $0 deductible.

I should have been clearer in my original post: I'm actually extending the original GMPP protection plan, by 24 months/30k miles, that I bought when I originally purchased my C6

I wanted to change to the $0 deductible but for some reason, that I no longer remember, I originally purchased the $200 deductible and you told me reducing the deductible wasn't possible.

Just to clarify something on extending your original GMPP plan. You can not better yourself in months/miles and deductible so if you originally bought a 36/36/$200 ded and you wish to extend it you can not buy more than another 36 months/36,000 miles and you have to buy a $200 deductible. That is why I tell everyone who gets a GMPP you should get a lower deductible. Now if you bought a $0 deductible and wish to extend it with a $100 or $200 deductible that is OK because you are not bettering yourself.
