I'd bet the Vette-Air scoop and this filter would make for a great combo for those ok with shroud cutting.

Its a group purchase. We hit 25 orders, shipping is free!
Works fine with your LS3

Stock paper filters clog which results in a loss of power, and then get tossed (along with your money). Our cotton media helps keep your filter breathing deep longer. And of course its washable/ reusable for long lasting reliable service!
Typically to really see big gains or take advantage of any aftermarket intake, you would have to tune/ trim settings. With our unique design, that option is here with our filter too (without the cost of the intake).
Although more air should antiquate to some more power (especially at the super flow rate this puppy has over stock) just by dropping it in.

your filter doesnt even seal on that tester. all the air is running under the sides, across the front of the box and into the hole without passing through the filter at all!
FAKE!
you need to build somthing to show the air actually passes through the filter media
take a vette air intake with the filter installed and make an adapter to fit the round end of the intake so it will seal up against the test box.
just cut a peice of cardboard that fits over the box and a hole that fits over the stock vette filter housing.
run the test with no filter as a baseline, then with yours and then with a stock filter
and if the results show better airflow then you have my vote and my order.
but to post a video like that makes me think your hiding somthing!

There is a templete of 2 "half moon" like cut outs on each end on the bottom of our filter which creates a square and seals to the box's square hole. So the results are in fact true/correct.
We explained we did this in another thread, forgot to list it here.
We also explained that we will probably be doing another vid, showing the bottom of our filter right before placing it on the box, for that reason.

you need to make a test as i described, take a stock air intake from a vette and make a simple cardboard template. hold the template over the hole on the tester so that the air going through the test unit is exactly the same going through the entire filter and stock airbox.
this would prove without question which filter works best and with the stock air intake. this way the ENTIRE OE filter gets used and is compared with your filter.
i am sure someone would be happy to let you borrow their airbox for the test. i would be curious to see if the stock airbox has any notable restriction without a filter as a baseline on that tester.
that tester is designed to take a filter that fits the area of that hole. the stock airbox opening that attaches to the throttle body is significantly less area and i would be suprised if it didnt show some restriction just based on that fact alone.
