I don't think you'll need a wire remover, you should be able to pull them off with your hand. You could always use a regular 5/8 deepwell if you don't have a spark plug socket.
If you were using NGK TR55's, they come pre-gapped @ .060" -you would have to gap them for use in the Vette. Or use the correct ones.
I had one for 16 years. I will NEVER EVER do another plug/wire change on one of those again.
I have used TR55/MSD superconductor wires in my Silverado for over 200,000 miles. I change the plugs every 30K and the wires every 60K, whether they need it or not. Runs like a champ.
So is it different and difficult changing the spark plug wires on these new cars unlike the old cars these have coils.
