Coolant question

From the owners manual (2006)
The coolant level should be at the FULL COLD mark on
the front of the coolant surge tank.
FULL COLD = Whatever cold is for you (70,80,90,or in my case 100.....)

Doah !! When you said that, I went and looked. At first I thought the tank had no such markings, but, upon closer inspection, there it was, on the front of the tank, in very small lettering. You really have to look to see it. Thanks. Saved my lazy butt from a trip to the owners manual!

Not to get on your case but...doesn't anyone read their owner's manual anymore? That is a part of what I've always liked about car ownership. Reading the manual is a fun, easy way to learn a great deal about your Corvette. I highly recommend that everyone rededicate themselves to reading it cover to cover.
