The fireststone dealer here where i had my put on last week said they would only patch a tire once, well i use a tire shop that patched the GY's 5 times,so that is why i did not get the road hazzard, saved some $$$$$.

Default I looked at both, went with Firestones from tirerack.

I have always been a huge Michelin fan, but was looking for the best tire performance and price. I looked at both, Went with Firestone because of the reviews. Order for TireRack (Excellent dealer).

Compared to Goodyear originals...
Firestones are Much Quieter, Good Handling, and Excellent Life.

My Goodyear tires lasted 6k miles on rear, my Firestone rears have 30k miles including 1 track day, and I just now thinking about ordering a new set.

You might also think about the new Michelin Pilot Sport All Season....it is more like the Firestone in price and has a 500 treadwear rating and a 45,000 mile treadlife warranty from Michelin....runflat.
