I have since learned they were given away at the Mid America event by a vendor if one spent "X" dollars with them. I guess I am not going to find them anywhere.

Any number of vendors have advertised them on the forum, just do a search. And as a previous poster said, fleabay always has them (and they look nice, but a bit pricey in my mind)
