Ya know, protecting "copyrights" is one of the few rights granted to the federal government via the Constitution.
Judging by how immaturely they handle that ("copyrighted" cartoon characters can't be put on a kids custom birthday cake), it's one they shoudn't have.
If you print it yourself and do not distribute copies to others you might be safe.
Remember you can get 5 years in a federal pen for copying a song or video even if it's "without financial gain"
As assinine and perverted as those laws are... IBTL!

Yes, a while ago we had several forum dealers report they had been notified by GM lawyers to cease and desist producing products with images where GM owned the copyright. What Fathead did was illegal. It looks great but it was still illegal. And I'd be willing to be that GM can hire more lawyers than Fathead. It's probably best not to publish photos of the crime on a public forum.
WOW, a photo for my own personal use not to be distributed but put in my garage. I'm sure we all go past the bonderies of copyright/trademark/patent from time to time. Drop the arguing and move on

Actually, they have no right. And if this were to go to trial, and I was on the jury, I would say exactly that. They wanted our money, well guess what, you give some back. Just like I can print a FBI logo and not be sued, I should be able to do the same with GM logo. Doesn't mean I have access to FBI files, but their logos are fair game.

I like that logic,,,,I believe from my understanding that they can reproduce "anything" that i claim to personally own. Which I do own the "emblem" i took a picture of and they blew up for my own "personal" use. Now if i took a picture of something i dont own and tried to sell photos of that thats a different story,,,,

You are fine but fathead would be in trouble, I have been told that even in custom airbrushing the artist would be in violation
