What has been the past experience with rebates or 0% financing. Does GM wait till the end of the model year? Could we expect to see them sooner?
Been looking for an atomic orange cvt w/ 3lt. Looks like everything is out east, at least compared to Arizona. Have a 2001 vert to trade in and don't want to sell it myself.
While I have no facts to substantiate this, it seems to me that they usually run promotions the last couple of weeks of December to the first of January.
I believe the credit union one is 750. Good job on getting the supplier discount. Are you military? get that one as well. If you are having to finance then check out Pentagon Credit Union. I know its 3.99% for used or new max is 60 month.
How I miss the days of getting 1.9% from a bank on an auto loan lol.

The supplier discount was through GM.com/creditunion. Not sure why they are giving discounts to credit union members?
Actually saw the credit union discount when I looked at the dealer post from Boardwalk.
This is the rest of my 2009 inventory that I have listed in this thread and it is "The Mother Of All Sales" for the month of October. Please contact me "Tim Boone" if you would like to make a purchase or if you have any questions. This sale applies to all of the Corvettes I have listed in this thread. All sale prices include a $4,000 factory rebate from GM and $500 bonus cash (the bonus cash is in lieu of the 60 day money back gaurantee program from GM). If you would like to take the 0% financing for 60 months, you must add $4,000 to the sale price. Also please see our policy below for out of state buyers. Thank You!
All 2009 Corvettes dicounted $11,500 to $15,500 off MSRP
Sale prices are final. I have discounted them to my bottom line price.
"Attention Credit Union Members" Get an additonal $500 off of my sale price (go to www.gm.com/creditunion to see if you qualify)
Trade is no good in most cases. As far as 0% or x amount of money cash back they usually give one not the other. It seems like they are less willing to give you a real good price since they know you are saving money a lready.

Um Im missing something lol. I know that certain credit unions were advertising the Sup discount or something like that. Other than that I know you can be given the discount from a friend or family member who recieves GM family first.

Since we spent $24K per car sold in the clunkers program ( http://money.cnn.com/2009/10/28/auto...ysis/index.htm ) it wouldn't surprise me if Government Motors came up with giveaways that were a lot more attractive than a measly 0% loan this winter.

Are you specifically asking about incentives on 2010 models?
I don't think they offer 0% on Corvettes until close to the end of the model year. Rebates are another story. They had pretty decent rebates going by the second quarter of '09. I bought my 1LT for about $10K under sticker back in April. If I can get a 1LT GS for at least $10K under sticker this coming spring, I may trade up. I'm sure the incentives will depend on how sales are going.

Right now it looks like I 'm going to go for a cyber gray 2010 convertible. Just going to wait them out. Economy is not exactly in the best of shape.
Guess they won't want to put incentives on 2010's until they sell the 2009's.

Well, there are 2,182 2009's waiting to get sold and only 1,469 2010's. There's going to be a point where pricing is going to start firming up because supply will be getting less.
Today, I heard on the news that GM was extending the 60 day money back guarantee program until January because it is so successful.

with the reduction in production I would think that things are going to start trending back to the way it used to be with Corvettes. i.e. excluded from all of their other offers.
