The lowest spot is the air dam, which is 3.75 inches I believe. It is made to flex a little. If they take their time and are careful, I think they should be fine

Or use a couple of wood planks for a smoother transition.......

It depends on why they need the 4 inches. My air dam is 3 inches (factory stock). If they are saying 4 inches just for clearing rails on the loading ramps, etc, the planks and some care should solve the problem. But if they have rails down the length of the car in the loaded position, then you have a problem. In that case maybe you could let it ride on a couple of boards under the front wheels? But then you might also have an issue with the wheels as in car wash rails.

Sound like you might want to consider another company that is more experienced in shipping sports cars with low ground clearance.

From looking at their web site they use the same types of vehicles GM uses to move Corvettes. If your car is at stock ride height there will be no problem. The spoiler doesn't count since it is designed to rub on things and survive.

I'm tempted to email BG on this one. I've considered taking my C6 to Florida via the Auto Train. I need a definite on the ground clearance tho...
