Darcy we dont have any of these type of inspection reports down here in the USA thats why I dont think you are not getting any responses,by the way what year C6 are you going with the 05 or 06? Good Luck hope you get this deal done soon so you can get some sleep!!!
I don't see any sort of report with your 'report' Nothing indicates the condition of any of the items checked. It almost looks just like a check list to show that these parts are there. Only tire pressure and rotor thickness.. Things that would be upkeep items anyway. I think the reassurance you are looking from would only come from having an independent mechanic that you chose look at the car to protect your interests. Have someone put it up and look for signs of repairs like form crashes. Check for fluid leaks. Check for broken parts. Do a compression check. Scan the computer for codes, etc..... I would not bother with another inspection like this one, I would want some details.

It's not a high mileage car so it is not going to be worn out. You inspector should be your proxy to check all the things that you would do if you were close enough to do it yourself. I would be most concerned about signs of crash damage that was repaired that may not show on a history report. It looks like a nice car. Congratulations and have fun.
I would probably have the '05 specific problems looked at. For instance check the pulley bolts, to make sure they are not backed out. DBS is not a problem since it is an auto. There were a couple of other things that were not a major problem.
But, an inspection from a year ago is not worth much. Alot can happen in that time. The car looks clean though.
I'm from Canada, and bought a 2006 in the US in August, and had the VIN# run through at my local GM dealer by a buddy. That report had everything that was done to the car from the GM dealers it had visited, over its short lifespan, including any Technical Service Bulletins work that was done, which included the rear diff oil change to the new oil, and a few others. Chances are, most work done on this car was done at dealers, since the mileage is less than 36,000 miles, or warranty time. Just call the service dept at your dealer, and they will likely be able to give you a rundown, or someone you know there could for sure.
Hope this helps, and good luck. The pics look great.
BTW, I bought mine strickly on pics from the dealer I bought it from in Ohio, and I am not dissapointed. It was a peach with 13,000 miles on it.
Good Luck.
Looks like you have everything you need for an informed decision, as of 15,000 KM's... I see they looked at and or repaired all the TSB's, including roof pops, rea axle fluid, etc, etc. The last thing listed was 9267 miles. I would still get GM dealer to see if anything was done after that, just to see if they repaired or replaced anything else.
From the info so far, I personally would buy it. for the right price
