I have a set of Z06 motorsport repros on my C-6 .The wheels have little rivets on them to give the mulit-piece look. My problem is that they have started to fall out,the rivets. Does anyone know where I might buy some of these? The wheels have 5k miles on them tops, No pressure washing, I don’t think they have even seen rain...Oh well they are just cheap little plastic deals any way, I would like to get a bag of them, They are chrome with an Allen head,I have a photo of one but I am not to pc savvy so I can email you a picture if that would help.
Thanks!
AGREE!!!
I lost a center cap off of a wheel .... the set was purchased, from a large wheel dealer in Sarasota FL, on that large auction site .... and I expected to get a big hassle from them. Fairly low price, anonymous "bidder" kinda reaction. WRONG-O! The guy said he had heard of no issues with caps popping off but he sent me 2 of them and didn't even charge me for shipping. EXCELLENT customer service.
The wheels are made by replica wheels in southeren cal, you should get in contact with them you could buy replacements, and when you screw them in use a little silicone sealer on the threads.
I had a set of those and sold them because the rivits actully 1/4 hex head plastic chromed screws kept falling out.
Thank you for your response’s, I washed the car on Sunday and I noticed these little chrome things in the driveway, Well there sat 3 of these rivets, Two off a rear wheel and one from a ft. I super glued them back in, my mint 06 C-6 with fewer than 10k miles held together with super glue! and could find no more loose ones but I would like to get some spares as if some were missing I’d stare at them blank holes in the wheels for days, Yes I have issue’s, I will post my findings when, how and if I can get some extras.
Have a great day....
Yeah I called in for mine (wheels have 28k miles) and I was missing 2 or 3, after numerous emails and phone calls they got mad and send me a package full of these rivets lol

They got mad??? Thanks for the tip as I thought of these wheels as an option, once upon a time.

Kinda sucks to here that even though they did finally send them to you. As long as getting replacements isn't a problem I'd probably still consider them. If they aren't willing to send replacements I'll buy wheels without the fake bolts.
I guess you can't expect to much given the price of the wheels.
That's the wheels I have and yes they are plastic and yes they do fall out.
Bob at House of Wheels sent me a phone number to call to order some replacements,I will let you all know how I fair with them,Thanks for the photo,I will figure that photo post thing out someday.

if all fails let me know, I will share and send you a couple
This is a timely thread, thanks. I was seriously considering a set of these, but it seems i'll have to go with my other choice. Its kinda of weird because I've had the C6 Black motorsports for 15k miles now and no problems with the rivets so far.

It could be the paint in the rivit holes secureing the theads, sorta like lock tight.
