Reprogram Keyfob #1?
My #1 keyfob was replaced due to defect, Keyfob #2 was not present when they replaced it... both keyfobs work to start the car, but now #1 says "options unavailable" when I press options on the DIC so it must have gotten set to #3.
How can *I* start over and program #1/#2 myself in my garage, I searched and found some references that it's possible, but you have to let it "count down for 30 minutes" until it will take fob #1... what is the procedure to start from scratch?

the procedure to START FROM SCRATCH is in the owners manual? i'd rather wait the half hour at home than be frustrated at the dealer for an hour lol

I did the long method when I changed to the 08 up fobs. I still need to install my new locks yet though, been putting it off.It is easy to do, the long reprogram.
