I found a chrome polish I like and thought I would report...
it's turtle wax chrome polish and rust remover. it comes in a 12oz plastic can, the kind brake fluid comes in, and it is a thick white liquid.
You apply, let dry "to a haze" and buff off. Compared to the spray product I tried, it is cheaper (only $3.50), works much better (removes specks/stain that I cant get off with soap and water), and it is easy to use right where you want it (no getting on the rotors)
there's alot of people on here that know much more about detailing than I ever will, just wanted to share this cause it's the first thing I found that is effective on my wheels and easy to use.
My cupboard would be incomplete without it. I have used it for years and years and years. Yes, it will work on the exhaust tips and they will thank you for it.
