Uggh...bad memories.
I went thru that with my old Firehawk. Suddently after over three years of meticulous care (did a lot of car shows) and no signs of problems...over a matter of weeks, it started looking like it had acne.

They made my mold on the bumper, so I'm there working new stuff out all the time, the actual poly-urethane components are made in th OC (permits)
