Default Hash Mark Location ?

I've seen the Hash Marks on the left side and on the right side. So I'm guessing it's just a personal preference thing...right?

GM's website for the 2010 GS clearly shows them on BOTH front fenders at the same time -- so the answer is "Left AND Right".

C2 GS = none
C4 GS = left
C6 GS = left and right

Yes! Why not both sides?

Guys, the brochure calls them "Heritage Stripes" and can either be ordered as a factory option (Heritage Pkg.) or as a dealer installed item. I believe that they pay homage to the original Grand Sport, hence the Heritage part of the name. -Clark

The Stripes are part of the Heritage Package. They are shipped from factory in trunk of car. You have the option whether you want the dealer to install them or not. They are not a dealer option.

Actually, the stripe thing is kind of out of whack. The original Grand Sport didn't have them, but were actually used by the Shellby's. Not sure why they call it a "heritage package" as the 96's were the only vette to have them and that really doesn't seem to fit the bill of heritage to me. That being said, I like em and ordered mine with them.

Well, lets start a new heriage I am more inclined to see at as a "vette" thing, more than a grand sport thing... This works well for me in justifying putting them on my z06
