Default Bluetooth question
I have an '09 2LT coupe. it has factory bluetooth installed. Ok here is my question does the bluetooth go thru the radio or is independent of the radio. The reason I am asking is I am considering an aftermarket indash GPS/radio and was wondering how that would work with the bluetooth and factory bluetooth steering wheel controls.

I beleive it goes through the radio speakers, if that is true there would be some sort of interface.

It most probably is part of radio , but as long as your new aftermarket radio comes with Bluetooth feature so you can simply use that.

The problem you may encounter is whether your new indash will connect to the steering wheel controls that trigger bluetooth.
