Default Event Code 3800!!!!!

Good news from Ken:

"FloridaGrandSport,

Your order number NPMG7C:
Your order has reached an event code of 3800, produced!
Your VIN ends with A5103030

Have a great day!
Ken"

Now it's going to be a long 1-2 weeks. Hopefully they have a load of new Vettes heading South I'm really ready to take delivery of this beast.

Exactly two years ago my 08 was produced. It was delivered to the west coast, but it took 10 days to arrive due to weather delays. Car was delivered in perfect condition. Congrats! soon you will be driving in your new G.S.

Congrats! You're almost there. From here on the time goes very slowly until your car arrives but once you lay eyes on her for the first time - whew!

I'm assuming "Ken" is Ken Fichtner, correct? It's great that he's continuing to provide this info to Corvette buyers. The man is a CLASS ACT.

Yes, I should have said Ken Fichtner. I have purchased several GMPP extended warranties from him, and will certainly buy the next one from him as well.

Default It's at the dealer already!

Just found out my GS was delivered Saturday - 2 days after production! My great dealer is driving it down 150 miles to Daytona so we don't have to make a 500 mile round trip (Daytona is about 90 miles from me). I could pick it up Thursday but due to holday plans we are waiting until next Tuesday. As much as I want the car NOW common sense prevailed. It's going to be a long weekend. For all those waiting, it looks like Allied is trying to deliver ASAP.

Congrats!

Why not see if they can trailer it. Better for them - only one driver. Better for you!!! No extra miles, no road damage etc.

They're doing this as a courtesy, so I'm OK with a small road trip on the interstate.

How the heck am I supposed to work today? This is too hard
