Hey Folks, Did like you said. Got my wheel alignment to your specs. Cost me the best part of $200.00 . (front tires wearing inside, 2nd set) Got the print out and the mechanic brought me to the bay and exlpained everything. Question: while driving prior to alignment l'd tend to pull left. l still tend to pull left . Is it the tires ? 2005 Z51 with supercars. You guys are always on the money, thanx again.....dt
Shouldn't do that. Go back and talk to the alignment shop. If anything, with the crowning of the road, the car should drift a bit right (in the right lane)

Most of the time, your car will pull slightly to the right due to the crown on the road. Find a flat area like a parking lot and see if it pulls one way or the other. It should not.
It can take a while to determine if your car is really pulling to one side. Of course, check tire pressures and alignment. Once you start the test, road crown or road slope will make a big difference as noted above. Cross-winds have more effect than you might expect for a low car like the Corvette.
I make my decision based on several drives on different days and different roads.
Good luck with yours.

Yep, this is a very good test. Also another good test on a flat surface, back up and don't touch the steering wheel, should not move any direction and go straight backward, if not something wrong!
