Quick answer is yes. Do a search here and see many, many post on same subject. Do some reading first and then come back with questions, we will be glad to answer.
Yes, but they are not NPP. NPP(optional mufflers used onnon Z06 Corvettes) are of slightly different construction than the Z06 mufflers and by most reports NPP are slightly louder.
Z06 mufflers also have 3" over axle pipes that reduce to 2.5" right at the muffler. They can be modified to work as many here have done it.
Run a search on NPP and NPP vs Z06 and you will find plenty to read.
As noted yes you can add them. It is also worth noting that the Z06 and the NPP are in fact two different muffler sets with different size pipes and different sounds. The Z06 mufflers being tuned for the LS7 actually turn out to be more quiet than the NPP when paired with an LS2 or LS3 motor. The NPP on an LS2/LS3 car will have a deeper exhaust note and are slightly louder than the Z06 mufflers on the same car. The Z06 mufflers can be added but they will require adaptation of the 3" Z06 pipes to the 2.5" non-Z06 exhaust.
In the event of adding an NPP to a C6 that did not have it from the factory, you will need a vacuum source, a method of controlling that vacuum delivery and a scavenger system to balance out the vacuum pressure during throttle fluctuations.
The NPP in a box system will do all of the above. The NPP in a box kit now comes with equipment you need to tap in to a manifold vacuum source and control the application of the vacuum to open and close the exhaust butterfly valves.
I sell the NPP in a box kit. It is available on my website here:
After doing a search and reading all of the posts I think I have all of the information I need but this. Is it better to adapt the Z06 mufflers where the stock ones where connected? Is there enough clearance over the axles for the 3" tubes or should I cut and weld my 2.5" tubes onto the z06 mufflers.

Thanks for all of your help.
On a manual transmission car you would have clearance for the 3" pipe over the axle. On an automatic transmission it can get tight.
Most elect to weld the 2.5" adapter to the Z06 mufflers.
