More than one Vendor offering it and more than one method of control for opening and closing. Look on this page and check out the post from Top Flight for M2W, that is the one I have and many have purchased.

The M2W is kind of a trademark, don't know if it legally is, of a former vendor here. That is the only one with that moniker as far as I know. You can get it from several vendors including our very own Talon90:

There is a different unit from sunset orange creations, also a vendor here. It does the same thing but offers more options for installation. Just do a search or look through the thread list for his posts. He is here almost daily.

Rick, thanks for the mention. I do carry the original Mild 2 Wild. It was developed by a friend of mine not long after the introduction of the bi-mode exhaust. There is another vendor that came out with a similar unit some time ago as well.

The Mild 2 Wild that I carry will control the operation of the factory in stalled NPP or Z06 Bi-mode exhaust. It will provide you with a remote control to allow you to switch the exhaust at the touch of a button. It's a three minute install and there are thousands of this unit installed by forum members. It is also available for sale at the National Corvette museum and various resellers and catalog houses.

Nothing wrong with the Mild to Wild, I used one for a while and it worked flawlessly. I ended up switching to the Sunsetorange Creations unit because it works with the built in garage remote system so that I didn't have to keep track of a remote.

How do you want to control it. With a remote, from the DIC switches, with another remote, from a switch on the console, by setting an RPM range or with your foot on the dead pedal? You have many options and depending on the option could determine which to choose!
I went with the M2W and the Old School Option on the dead pedal and love it.

M2W is the hot setup, and you can buy one from one of the nicest, most helpful guys on the forum at the link below. You will love it!

Thanks for the reminder. We also carry the best wireless alternative IMO, mild2wild old school which utilizes a push button you install in the dead pedal. You operate it just like the old hi-beam switch. A press of the left foot and you have WILD (open 100%), press again and you have MILD (OEM operation). It’s the lowest cost option out and it’s the easiest to install. Of course our Mild2Wild also will work with the Homelink visor solution in Corvettes built prior to October 2006. Unfortunately, when GM changed from the Homelink visor to the Lear Car-2-U visor, our technology didn't transfer.

I got mine from ......several years ago. Then They came out with the dead pedal switch. I installed that replacing the dead pedal with one that has a mild to wild foot switch on it, similar to what the old cars had for a high beam headlight switch. Now I just push it with my foot and I'm mild to wild! No more remotes! A very cool mod!

This is the unit I installed (the DASH unit), works great, as advertised. I haven't ever used the FOB that does come with it other than to demonstrate opening and closing the valves while standing at the rear of the Vette.

Same here, its way better than fiddiling with a fob.
