07 c6 w/ stock exhaust. can i pull the exh fuse for bigger sound?

No, there is no fuse to pull. The Dual Mode Exhaust started in '08.

Except on Z06. All years of the Z06 have BiMode stock.

And not all '08 and up C6's have the NPP, it's an extra cost option.
