Default Bought a wrecked c6

hey guys after selling my 06 vert about a year and a half ago due to financial reasons I was able to pick up a nice 2005 c6 coupe with 20k miles at The Auction a couple weeks ago. I just got the frame straightened out and am seriously considering a full zo6 widebody conversion as I need the front bumpers and fenders anyways.

Are there any aftermarket conversion kits out there? ones made out of fiberglass? Im looking for the route with the lesser hit on the wallet

By the way cant wait to start driving around in a vette again
Im excited!!!!

This is my vote:

I know they will sell you Z06 front fenders for a little more coin if you don't want the GS ones.

Rear fenders and bumper are same as the Z, but the front fenders are different and not carbon fiber. They are wide body like the Z

Exactly, Z06, GS, ZR1 front fenders are all "wide body" fenders the side vents are just different:

Z06

GS

ZR1

Before going too far, check you states regulation for registering a car that has been totalled or has a salvage title. In CT once either of these are issued you can not register the car (You can, but all work must be done by a certified shop, lots of documentation, then it has to be flat-bedded to DMV for inspection. It's not something you can do on your own).

Stay away from aftermarket fiberglass repro parts. Go OEM.

at this point in time anyway. Seems there are now several vendors selling aftermarket fiberglass fenders and fascia's, but ALL are having problems with fit and finish.
