Lots of threads about jacks and jacking pucks-- all good reading . . .but short version - -see the recommended jacking points in your manual.
You can use hocky pucks, buy jacking pucks or use a small block of wood on the spaces in the underside rocker panels and a low profile jack from Sears, harbor freight or an auto parts store. Always use jackstands for safety.
the pucks are great (I like the rubber ones myself because they are more "sticky') but the car can slide pretty easy on them if you jack one side at a time. I would put a jack under the rear cradle right in the center adn jack it up, put down 2 safety stands and do the front the same way. Alot safer then doing just one side unless you arent going very hig hthen probably wont matter much.
