How much money do you want to spend? You can paint them yourself for $15....or you can powder coat, which is very nice but costs more. Replacement calipers won't necessarily be red...
I am guessing that any aftermarket calipers while might be red will not fit inside stock wheels. Replacing calipers opens up news ways to spend $$. NEW WHEELS, TIRES, WIDE BOOTY ETC. PAINT will not last as well as powder coating although it is a lot cheaper. You will have to repaint unless you do a real good cleaning job, hard if still on car. IMO powder coating is the right way to go.

I have this "bolt on" caliper upgrade from Mike. Billet Aluminum, fit stock wheels, quick change pads, SS lines and ANY color or logo.
I painted mine with Duplicolor caliper paint. I used self etching primer before putting on the caliper paint. The result was a smoother look and zero touch up for the past 10 months of use.
I gave it lots of thought and read all the threads and thought some more and finally said lets go. I painted them and put clearcoat over them two years ago. No problems no wear. I would do it exactly the same again, but without so much thinking. I painted my brakes LMB to match my LMB c6.
