Does anyone have a pic or two they could share showing 35-45% window tint. I just want to see if its worth doing or is much difference than stock windows. Most cars Ive seen are way too dark for me.

Thanks
35% is definitely a noticable change from the stock look but I would still like it darker. The legal limit here is 35% so that's what I went with. If you want them tinted but not too dark I'd say 35% would be perfect for you.

Remember the rating is visible light transmission. 35% = 35% of visible light getting through the window film. The factory windows are already tinted to 70%. Hardly noticeable, but you are now taking 35% of 70% not 35% of 100%. Just something to be aware of when looking to stay on the legal side of the cut off, if allowed in your state.
Ok so please someone tell me whats the darkest the tint can be in VA considering the
fact factory tint and the info below
Virginia Tint Law Enacted: 1999
HOW DARK CAN WINDOW TINT BE IN VIRGINIA?
Darkness of tint is measured by Visible Light Transmission percentage (VLT%). In Virginia, this percentage refers to percentage of visible light allowed in through the combination of film and the window.
Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed along the top of the windshield above the manufacturer's AS-1 line.
Front Side Windows Must allow more than 50% of light in.
Back Side Windows Must allow more than 35% of light in.
Rear Window Must allow more than 35% of light in.
HOW REFLECTIVE CAN THE TINT BE IN VIRGINIA?
Similar to sunglass lenses, some tinting film contain metallic elements that help in reflecting incoming light and reducing the glare and heat generated by visible light.
Front Side Windows Must not be more than 20% reflective.
Back Side Windows Must not be more than 20% reflective.
I've got 30% on the sides and 15% on the rear window, here is a couple of different views:
I think this is a good combination because 15% on the sides and back might have been a bit too dark at night, but 30% on that big back window would probably let in too much summer heat. I would not go any lighter than 30%, peroid, or any darker than 15%. Good Luck.
