I had yellow tinted film on my headlights for a little while. I had read the posts about using film of a certain thickness which would not cause a problem, and I went with the recommended film. Well, one of the headlights started crazing like yours. I took off the film and got lucky - the dealer replaced the defective headlight. Others have had similar claims denied. So far the other headlight has not crazed. It's weird, some of them do that even if they never had film on them.

Is the car still under warranty? If yes I'd take it to the dealer.

I actually looks like the plactic is breaking down. Go see the dealer on this one first before you try anything else.
