What is so freakin amazing is I had the 2010 NAV disk on my GS delivered 8/05/09. That's over 6 months ago, and they still can't sell them. And oh, they sell for GREAT profit.

3 weeks is exactly what I was told in October. Amazing! And 3 weeks is what I was told in December. Astounding!! And 3 weeks is what I was told last month. Will wonders never cease?
When they run out of 2009 discs the 2010s will suddenly become available. I think it's magic.
For several years, I dutifully got the new disc each year so I'd have the latest maps and POI info. After discovering that even the latest discs are woefully out of date for both roads and info, I've decided to just buy last year's version off the internet each year.
I don't mind paying the $200 for good info, but that's not what I was getting. Roads missing that have existed for 5 years, businesses missing that have been there for 20 years, etc. Frequently, not just an occasional goof.
GM sent me an order card for the latest disk last fall. The disk was free and prepaid postage. I just sent the card in and about two weeks later I got the disk. I don't know if it was some kind of a program or what, I just know it was my second disk. Did the car get a free one time upgrade?
