Saw some pictures the other day after an 06 C6 coupe owner's Labrador got hold of it. They would be too painful to attach.
Evidently some type of critter got up under the left rear wheel well and the dog went after it. When he was through, the hole was about an inch or so high and several inches long right at the arch of the wheel well.
Being a true dog lover, the dog is still alive and well and was obviously not caught in the act.
You wouldn't think that a dog could do that to a car, but it sure did.
That's why I have a cat. He might like to jump on the hood when it's warm, but I don't have to worry about him chewing my fender off and paw prints wash away.
My Lab never attached the Vette. But he has chased squirrels into the lawn tractor, front gate motor, my wife's Prius and an RV. Totaled about $1500 damage after the lab got through trying to get the varmints out of those things. I am trying to keep the squirrels out of the yard and the vette stays in the garage.
