SO had a great day installing Katech powder coated Valve cover, Katech Coil relocation kit, MSD 8.5mm wires, MSD Blaster coils, and to top it off Billet engine caps. I was very nervous about doing this. The instructions that came with it were worthless, but I got it done.
David Enjoy......
Before
Old Valve Covers off
Katech Covers prepped ready to go
Finished.... I love the look

Reason: can't spell for ****e
That looks great,How much for the covers and coil kit. Also do the wires and coil kit add any pep to the motor.
Here is what MSD claims..(below). I took it for a spin after to make sure all were firing and the covers were on correct and not leaking and did notice it had better response... psychological or not I don't know but it felt good. The covers I got From Katech, the covers are $416 and the powdercoating is $100, the coil relocation kit is about $350, the MSD coils I got for $699, the wires were about $55
MSD coils deliver up to three times the spark energy of the stock coils and produce multiple sparks! This improves the combustion process of the fuel mixture resulting in improved throttle response, smooth idle and quick starts, plus increased high rpm performance.
The complex electronic controls of the Gen-III engine management system presented MSD engineers with a substantial challenge, as the control drivers are built into the OE coils. MSD was able to design an advanced circuit that will operate with the factory electronics of the Gen-III engine controls, while producing a higher output spark. Not only do you get a higher voltage spark, but the MSD LS2/LS3/LS7 coils will also deliver multiple sparks! That's right--multiple spark discharge coils! These versions of the multiple spark coils are for GM's LS2 variant, and will provide significantly more spark than the stock components. These coils produce up to three times the spark energy of the stock coils, plus, they deliver multiple sparks to help keep the engine clean at an idle.

Yeah I read all those before I purchased, and just like everything else oh the internet, everyone has an opinion, I'll update if I experience problems.... David
