Hey fellas, I have a rattle/buzz coming from my passenger side door panel. The noise mainly comes when there is much bass in the music, but it also sometimes shows up just driving on the highway. I attached a picture of a door panel with a red circle on it. If I apply pressure to this area, the rattle/buzz goes away. I took the door panel off and applied some sound deadener to the foam "box" on the back of the panel and while it helped some, it didn't cure the problem. Any more suggestions??
Check to make sure the fasteners are secure. You can tell if they are not because the panel will pull up slightly or there is a visible gap. I removed mine to put in some insulation and a couple broke. It was the rear fastener right behind the door handle. About $6-8 for a male/female set. The part that goes in the door looks like a nut, the other is a screw with a t handle on the top to grip the panel. I put new ones on mine and the noise is gone.

It seems secure. There are no gaps and the panel doesn't pull away.
It sounds like something is rattling inside the "foam box" on the back of the panel underneath the armrest. I'm sure there isn't anything actually in there, but that is what it sounds like and where the sound is coming from.

I know the sound. It was the rear fastener on mine. The female part wasn't holding on to the actual door. You could always take the panel off to see if anything is loose or take it to the dealer if you didn't mess with it already.
