Replaced my interior lights with LED's and love the look. After several month's the left map light now flickers when the light is on. I did replace the light and for a while it worked fine then it started again. Anyone have any ideas what might be the causing this to happen?

Either a bad / faulty connection or a bad bulb? Not all bulbs are created equally... I'd suggest swapping out/ replacing with a different brand.
I had the exact same problem. I bought the inexpensive bulbs from a (former?) forum member and after a few months they started to flicker. After research found that if you do not get the "high quality" ones, that is a common problem. The vendor I bought them from was not any help.
I have heard no complaints with the high quality ones.
I got some 194 SMD LEDs off ebay; six to be specific. The ones in the map lights and footwells are fine but the ones for the license plate flicker badly. I guess I'll swap them out with the footwell ones just to see if it follows the LED/bulb but I think it has more to do with the voltage that the the license plate bulb housings see. If all else fails I'll get a pair from JW.
