Can anyone take a look at the pictures below and tell me what can cause this. I recently whining noise coming from one of the pulleys. I pulled the belts and changed the tension pulley on the ac belt. Now It looks like the crank pulley is coming off and pushing itself into the steering rack. Has anyone had this problem or can you point me in the right direction for a fix.

My guess would be you are a victim of the dreaded loose crank pulley bolt, this is a problem affecting certain vin #'s from 05 thru 06, check the FAQ section to see if your vin # is in the range listed, you should contact your dealership to schedule the fix or repair asap, good luck with repair,
