Ordered 1/15/10, built2/15/10, arrived dealer 2/25/10, after some mods at the dealer, tint, tires, ZR1 spoiler, and a ski vacation I finally got my hands on it on St Patrick's day.

Assuming that your dealer doesn't have to wait for an allocation (pretty safe assumption give the current low Corvette sales), your car will likely be built the first week of May. It will likely arrive at your dealer 1 - 2 weeks after coming off the line.

Your dealer should be able to provide you with "order status codes" which will help you follow your car's progress through the build cycle. For instance, my car has an order status code of 3000 which, in short, means that it has a "TPW" or Target Production Week. In my case the TPW is 5 April! This link to the Order Status Codes should help you out.

My order went in on 3-9-2010 and had a TPW of 4-5 also, but went into production yesterday.

Wow, I ordered mine on 02.20, was given a TPW of 04.05, and as of 03.31 was at status 3400 for TPW of 04.05. Time for another update!

I was at the plant for the last two days watching my car be built...my car was #1 off the line 4-1-10 and is expected to be at the dealership by 4-9-10. Kind of depends on where you are, but it is usually pretty quick. What color did you get?

My new Vette was ordered the week of July 27th 2012. Last Friday, I saw on the order tracker that the Vette went from 'production complete' to 'shipped/en route.' This was last week, Friday, I think. So I'm assuming it should be at the dealer within a few days from today. I was hoping for today, Friday, but, maybe now middle of next week. The distance from BG KY to the dealership is just under 1000 miles. I figure the transporter has to make numerous stops to other dealers along the way. And, the driver can't be driving for too many hours. But, I'm awaitin' in anticipation....

You realize that you brought back a thread that had been dead for 2 1/2 years, right?
