CRM with 5% Tints
So I just dropped off my car at the shop to get tints done and after looking at alot of pictures from the forum and checking out threads I decided to go with 5% tints. I used to have 5% on my Acura TL and never got pulled over in 5 years of course the corvette draws much more attention so I am risking it. Anyways it was a tough choice between 20% and 5% but ill keep you guys posted as to how it turns out... I'll be posting the pics as soon as I pick it up later today

Mine is 20% which is darker than Arizona actually allows (35 I think is the darkst we can go here) and I have had no trouble in the 6 months since I had it done even though it is obvious on my vert that they are darker than most.
Mine is CRM as well.... dark windows look SO GOOD on a CRM Vette!

I had 5% on my 96 vette and I hated it. Don't get me wrong it looked awesome but at night it was such a pain in the butt to see out of and it really did become a hazard in my opinion. I have 30% on my 08 coupe and I think that is plenty dark and I don't have to worry about getting bothered by the cops. I guess it depends on how much you drive your car and how much of the time is at night. It will sure look good but to dark for me. Just my opinion though.

I love the 427 Special Edition Z06 it's part of the reason I went with CRM I remember seeing it in the showroom it was by far the best looking Z06 they had. Cant wait to get my car back to see the results but thanks for the pic it looks great.
