Well, its different but whatever floats your boat.
Just a little heads up before your upcoming move to Van Burean Arkansas. We keep out garages first class here.
By the way I met some Razorback Corvette Club members at our CACC Show in Hot Springs this weekend. I told them I had recruited them a new member from California. They said to just email them and they would love to have you join. www.razorvette.net

It sure looks first class too me! House I'm buying there only has a two-car garage, but will be adding onto that. Looking forward to meeting you all out there.
I was sort of envisioning two rows of quartz/halogen mini lamps above it on both sides...sort of like a musuem display arrangement. The hanging lamp in the picture just isn't going to work for me. First things first, add a garage space to the place and install a lift in there.

When are you moving to VB? I'm in Rudy, which is a large urbanized area (pop. 72) just north of VB.

At 68 I have worked under vehicles on jack stands for 50 years or so. I see no need to chage to a lift now. And it would cause my C6 to hit my Crystal Chandelier.
But my wife and older son think it might be a little too red neck. Maybe I should poll the forum.
I have it wired to the door opener light circuit with a relay to not overload the 75 watt light socket on the opener. That allows you to turn it on for light at the wall door opener or when you open the door.
It's not just some jury rigged project.
