How bad am I gonna hate myself settling for this its gonna be a daily driver since I waited so long to get my 1st vette. How hard and how much up keep with black as opposed to crystal red. Then the fact of no f55 smaller rotors and not drilled and ride. How much difference is there between base suspension and f55. Then only having the transparent op and not painted also.

Thanks Chuck

forgot to mention this is used less than 1k miles and 13k off msrp
So this Vette is a 2010 coupe, pretty well loaded? 3LT? Manual? Transparent tops are the way to go, you can buy a two piece removeable headliner for it, and you'll have the best of both worlds.

How much was the MSRP?

Wait it out. Like the forum members' have said, going black and you'll be wishing you made another choice in colour...that being said...you have to have a black vette at least once in your life...

the only person offering credit union rebate is Tim@boardwalk. That is because his pricing is just over gm preferred and if you qualify for the discount he gives you the additional money (must be a legitimate supplier customer)

Wait to bring home the car you really want. There will be no hesitations once you're looking at the perfect car. Second thoughts will disappear.

Unless you're experienced in keeping a clear coat looking perfect over black paint, you better be prepared to get some great advice. The clear coat is what gets scratched and creates the duller black (any color) appearance. Way back, I bought a great looking black Lexus SC 400 at a fabulous price. I wished for 6 years that I waited for one optioned in a golden beige. Don't repeat my mistake unless you're willing to become very proficient with black finishes and protecting the clear coat. I waited for a 2008 JSB and have zero regrets. Patience.

Maybe this is a Nothern California thing, because Boardwalk isn't the only one that I know of that offers it.

Either way, $55,500, or $52,543 is a damn good price for a Vette equipped just like this guy would want. Either someones a buyer, or they are not.

Don't settle. Or you will spend every waking day regretting your purchase. Navigation is not a big deal, you can add it later very easily. But suspension types is a major change, and it is not possible to add F55.

Black is beautiful when clean BUT looks like s--- when dirty. Show swirls and nicks. Beautiful when clean and shiny. Make sure you drive a Standard before you buy since it's going to be a daily driver. Mine is standard suspension and rides great and still handles good enough to snap your neck in a quick turn.
