NPP exhaust
I currently have an 08 A6 coupe without the NPP exhaust and was wondering if I can add the dual mode exhaust to my car. If so is there any special parts I will need to have it work? Thanks!

Check out some of the forum venders for NPP in a box. I believe it comes complete. To me it is one of the coolest options that Chevy ever came up with. Love mine and first mod was the Mild to Wild switch. I leave it open 90% of the time.

You can pretty easily add either the NPP exhaust from a regular C6 or the ones off of a ZO6 (which have really nice big tips without those goofy little holes inside that catch all the polishing goo). You will need a controller for the flaps in the pipes, which a couple of manufacturers make. It is not that complicated --- plan on spending between $500 (ZO6 exhaust -- used and the least expensive control option) to about $1500 (new GM NPP and the most expensive control option with RPM opening option -- pretty cool, as that is the one I have with my ZO6 NPP's)......
B and B Fusions are also an aftermarket exhaust with control for loud and soft sound, but they are pricey....
