Center Console Lid Exchange
I would like to exchange the center console lid in my '05 - it is leather padded - with the "bare" lid in my '10 GS. They are both gray, and yes, I know they are slightly different shades (Steel gray vs. Titanium). Will they interchange?

I can't imagine why not - it doesn't seem likely that GM would have changed how they fit from one model year to the other. Why not just try it? It takes what, a minute or two to remove the 4 screws that hold the lid on?

Yes. Traded my '06 for a 2010. Had the leather GM embroidered ebony console lid in the '06. Before trade, took it off, replaced with the original 2006 lid. Took the better leather console lid and dropped it in my 2010. The screw pattern and everything else is the same since 2005.
