Basic Clear Shield

I won a "Basic Clear Shield" at a Vette Gathering a few days ago and haven't had a chance to confirm what it actually is (the dealer is 100 miles away).

Can anyone explain what it is, what part of the car it covers and if the brand name is a good one.
