Most dealerships I contacted had them cheaper than what they were on ebay.....anyways, contact a dealership IF you are referring to the GM full length spoiler, surely you can get what you need from them if it's the GM part.....

When I mounted my GM full length spoiler I did not drill any additonal holes so I did not need any of the provided hardware. All I used was the original hardware that holds the oem spoiler. I used 3M out on the ends. It is not going anywhere!
