There is one part number for the two left side lights and one for the right two. They are not all the same. Sorry I don't know the numbers. The lenses are not sold separately from the rest of the taillight.

As an FYI, if you are painting them and mess up, all you are out is your time. The tint coat can be sanded off with some 220, then finish sanded with 1500/2000 and then buffed out by hand or machine using a rubbing compound and finishing with a polishing compound.
