I thought I'd post this for anyone wondering about trying C Magic wax. I took yesterday off to try C Magic after purchasing the product last year at the Black Hills Corvette Classic. I have been using Adams products for a couple of years and before that Mequiar's products. I also bought a Cyclo 5 polisher and wanted to try it.
I first washed my 08 victory red vert with Dawn. Then, I blew the water off and used C Magic Detail Wax to remove any remaining dried water spots. As I've never used a polisher, I was a bit nervous to use the Cyclo, but I moved forward with the first coat of C Magic wax using the Cyclo. I took the wax off with C Magic Detail Wax and a microfiber towel. Did a second coat in the same manner.
The results were spectacular! The car has a brilliant shine. I am now a believer in C Magic. I wish I had gotten into the product before now.
My brother owns an 07 black Z06 and has made the move from Zaino to C Magic. He is very pleased with the product also.
So, if you have thought about C Magic, I'd recommend you give it a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.
The only issue I have today is that I ache in places I didn't know I could ache! But, they are good aches. I enjoyed getting to spend the day detailing my Vette. Dan
Pictures would be nice. As for the C Magic others have also commented on how good it is. I figured if the Corvette Museum uses it and sells it that should tell you something.
Been using C-Magic since I picked up my black '08 Vert at the NCM back in Sept of '07 and love the stuff. Kevin Dye (Mr. C-Magic) is great to deal with and has a great product.
Been using all of CMagic products since I picked mine up at the NCM in December. I have no desire to even try something else. These products are great. From the wash to the wax.
I agree with all of you. I've been using C-Magic for at least 3 years (maybe more, the memory isn't what it used to be). I'm hooked on the detail spray, the leather conditioner and the tire dressing are great also. With the C-Magic system, I only have to actually wax the car once a year or so. I just use the detail spray once or twice a week.

Keep in mind when the Corvette Museum preps a car the paint on the car is only a few days old. I am not sure but I'll bet the C-Magic is very mild in it's formula and may not last like Zaino or others.

Reason: Quotes
My friend just bought the C-Magic package (wash, wax and detail spray for around $50) and their 'Vette looks excellent. They were told if it was applied, as instructed; the shine would bead-up for at least 6-months. I'm going to use this product on my MSM C6 (see avatar) and if I like what I see, I will be investing in the package as well.
FWIW, it took about 2-hours to wash/wax/buffer their '07 C6 to completion. And again, the car looks like new. Good enough for me.
Good stuff! I bought a big box of the stuff from a Forum member last year. I bought so much I sold off what I didn't think I would use to other Corvette owners in my club. Everyone who has tried it is very happy with the results.
Any recommendation on an orbital polisher that is idiot proof(not burn the paint/clear coat). I dont have much experience with orbital polishers so looking for advice, i know mcguiars has one in a package of waxs they sell at car shows. I dont know much about it.
Get a Porter Cable and pads on AutoGeeks, practice once or twice on a rental and you'll be amazed at how easy it is. Be sure to read the instructions on the speed to set the PC to when using the cutters and polishes, and you'll be fine. It really isn't as hard to use an orbital buffer as most would lead you to believe. Just be sure not to lean all your weight on the buffer and you wont burn the paint/clearcoat.

thanks in advance
I bought the Griot's ROP from Autogeek...I've also never used one before...I've done two cars so far. It is pretty simple to use...the biggest thing is all the products there are to choose from. I'll be ready for the vette pretty soon...

C-Magic is donated to the Corvette Museum, I tried it once and the color is not as deep as Zymol Carbon wax. Needless to say I had to Zymol HD cleanse my Corvette and start from scratch.
C-Magic for the price is a great product.

I own three and I have the Cyclo pro 5, PC 7424xp and the 3" griots garage. I Know everyone is going to say why three? Well, i bought the PC first and loved it and didnt want too burn it out putting a carpet scrubber on it so I bought the Cyclo pro 5 with the added carpet scrubbers. The new issue was My pace car has stickers all over the place and it was a pain trying to keep the buffer off of the sticker so I bought the 3" Griots garage.
I would highly reccomend the Cyclo pro 5 with add'l carpet scrubbers and the 3" griots garage. If you wait for the next holiday Autogeek usually runs 20% off specials.
