I've been told that the website updates are scheduled to go live the last week of July. In my recollection, not unusual for Corvette. Typically the new model is being built for a few weeks after shutdown and the acceptance of the validation cars which the final evaluation period happens after the July shutdown. This year that shutdown isn't happening and the the build out on the 2010 happened early and the start date of the 2011 cars was pulled in. The website still seems to be according to the latter's schedule however. Typically pricing isn't out on the new models at this point either so at least that is out to the dealers so you could at least have an idea if working with a dealer.
yeah-now if they will only let us choose whether or not we REALLY want a power top on the convertible rather than forcing us to buy a base-level trim car...
I posted this last year, the question always comes up around this time:
A little trivia, GM is updating their website based on the traditional new model year, not when the new models come out:
In the United States, automobile model years traditionally start in the third quarter of the preceding year. So model year refers to the "sales" model year; for example, vehicles sold during the period from October 1 to the next December 30 is considered one model year. In addition, the launch of the new model year has long been coordinated to the launch of the traditional new television season (as defined by A.C. Nielsen) in late September, because of the heavy dependence between television to offer products from automakers to advertise, and the car companies to launch their new models at a high-profile time of year.

Yeah, or force us to buy a Grand Sport to get the Z51 Package. (But I am hard headed, I will not buy a Grand Sport, just keep what I have)

When I build a GS the way that I want it from that PDF, I can see a truck with 'POOR HOUSE' painted on the side, pull up outside the window and honk the horn!
